Добрый день!
У rsync.altlinux.ru совсем все плохо?
rsync: failed to connect to rsync.altlinux.ru (194.107.17.7): Connection timed out (110)
rsync error: error in socket IO (code 10) at clientserver.c(128) [Receiver=3.1.3]
ftp.altlinux.ru по отвечает но данные отдавать не хочет.

Наблюдаются перебои (link эпизодически up/down) на этом интерфейсе
после переезда, причина неизвестна, пока меняем кабели.

У меня, кастати, на 4.9 такая беда была на e1000e (Intel 82574L), как только
в p8 смена 4.4 -> 4.9 произошла. 4.4.68 работает. С другой стороны, этот же
e1000e c Intel 82566DC-2 и примерно того же времени 4.9 нормально работал и
сейчас работает, правда с относительно новым 4.9 уже. Баг думал повесить, как
разберусь, но руки так и не дошли.
