Ответственности, может формально и не входит, но сколько было
случаев, когда эта-же бага воспроизводилась и в сизифе, только
никто об этом не знал ;-)
Ну и да, должен быть механизм отписки мантейнера от всех
сообщений о багах не в Сизифе как по всем его пакетам, так и по
каким-то конкретным.
