Здравствуйте !
Меня интересует вопрос.
Нет-ли каких-нибудь стандартныых скриптов, которые облегчают
миграцию проектов с autoconfig/auutomake на более "современные"
системы сборки проектов, типа cmake и qmake?

Надежная конверсия невозможна, так как configure.ac
это, вообще говоря, микс шелл кода и макросов m4,
но инструменты есть, например, см.
