Последний релиз xulrunner 41.0.2 был 28-Oct-2015. Это нельзя назвать новой
версией. Баги в нём не исправляются. От идеи общей платформы мозилла
отказалась.
Теперь тебе ничего не мешает взять этот пакет себе.
