Это lustre, он у меня в гите, попробуйте. Ну или из
/gears/l/lustre.git возьмите.

Похоже это из-за пляски с libnl. Почему-то переехав на libnl3 оставили
libnl-devel который работать не хочет и в системе оказывается

libnl3-3.2.21-alt2
libnl-devel-3.2.21-alt2

Должно быть -lnl-3 а не -lnl. Попробую разобраться.

Пересборка net-snmp с новым libnl исправляет проблему.
Завтра будет все нормально после обновления.
