Фраза
error: npm: non-strict dependency on node
означает, что зависимость подпакета npm от подпакета node недостаточно
строгая. Попробуйте заменить в подпакете npm нестрогую зависимость
Requires: node
на строгую зависимость
Requires: node = %node_version-%node_release
А вообще, спек совсем не ахти, там даже %optflags не используется.
