Ну, если больше нигде не предвидится необходимость зависимости типа
"любой dhcp клиент", то да, имеет смысл.
Впрочем, "любой dhcp клиент" действительно совсем не то же самое, что и
"dhcp клиент, который умеет NM".
Пожалуй вариант типа nm-dhcp-client мне действительно нравится больше.
