Разве возможности systemd для чрутования применимы для демонов, которые
инициализируются сами, будучи привилегированными, а потом сами же
переходят в чрут?

Разве systemd предлагает возможности по подготовке чрута, которые
могли бы заменить /etc/chroot.d?
