Поддержки bootsplash в ядрах уже давно нет, и пакет bootsplash перестал
собираться.  Предлагаю устаревший пакет bootsplash выкинуть, а зависящие
от него пакеты зафиксить или, если они тоже устарели, выкинуть вместе с
bootsplash.
