А посмотрите - как он проверяет. что есть  queue? 
Скорей всего просто не там ищет. 
Как я понимаю, описание queue должно подключаться  файлом 
/usr/include/gstreamer-0.10/gst/gst.h (или что-из этого пакета)
   из gstreamer-devel-0.10.25-alt2
