Почему _нужно_ не стрипать исполняемые файлы? Работоспособность
исполняемого файла не должна зависеть от того, стрипнут он или нет.
А если требуется нужно именно отладочная информация, то она вынесена
в *-debuginfo пакет - всё логично.
