Меня смутил тот факт, что test003.1 ядро выкладывается в том числе и под
i686 на wiki.openvz.org.

На рабочей машине у меня именно i586 и смысла переходить на 64bit нет.
Кроме того, есть не один сервер из некритичных инсталляций, которые
когда-нибудь было бы неплохо обновить, но которые не поддерживают x86_64.
