На самом деле наоборот - в имя пакета добавляется номер из soname, а
версия оставляется такая, которую указал апстрим. То есть в данном
случае это будет:
leptonica-1.68-alt*.src.rpm
libleptonica2-1.68
libleptonica-devel-1.68
