Эти сообщения напоминают, что в пакете есть неупаковнные файлы.

Но не в том смысле, что они не заzip'ованы/заgzip'ованы/заrar'ованы,
в буржуйском для этого есть слово archived,
а в том смысле unpackaged, что эти файлы не прописаны в секции
%files, т.е. не упаковны (unpackaged) в rpm-пакет (package).
У Вас прописаны
/usr/share/man/man1/minidjvu.1.gz
но не
/usr/share/man/ru/man1/minidjvu.1.gz
Это и сбило вас с толку, наверное.
