Думаю нет. При ответе "не знаю" у приложения есть два варианта -- работать
как будто SELinux отсутствует, или сдохнуть выругавшись в лог.
Вариант поведения зависит от того, насколько неприятны последствия
ошибочного принятия решения что SELinux отсутствует.
