Добрый день,

С текущей Сизифовской libvpx нельзя собирать софт, предназначенный для
выкладывания в Сизиф, т.к. её лицензия не совместима с (L)GPL.

В данный момент в Сизифе с libvpx собран только gst-plugins-bad, это
изменение надо откатить.
