Почтовый сервер читает все ваши письма. :)
Если речь идёт о модерировании списка рассылки, то ручная проверка писем
того или иного модерируемого человека -- это, несомненно, цензура.
Если речь идёт о временном прекращении обслуживания писем с определённого
адреса, то это происходит без участия человека.
