Я считаю, что операция "перевесить пакет на @nobody" не отражает реальных
потребностей людей. С какой стати человек должен изменять доступ к
заливке пакета не только себе, но и всем остальным, даже не посмотрев
список? Если человек хочет самоотстраниться, или отстранить кого-то
другого, для этого есть операция "del", которая принимает список имён.

Этот файл уже не имеет с действительностью почти ничего общего. Предлагаю
