Еще одна потенциально возможная ситуация, где
это может также оказаться необходимым.
ExclusiveArch: + subpackage noarch.
Например, недавняя эволюция питона шла к тому, чтобы
что-то чинить при сборке, надо было в подпакете
указать %python_noarch, допустим, и BuildArch: noarch.
Если основной пакет ExclusiveArch:,
с текущими проверками собрать его не удастся.
Не знаю, актуально ли это сейчас, но, возможно,
в каких-то ситуациях в будущем это вылезет.
