Most of dictionary articles describe "adaptor" just as "another spelling of adapter". There is a little style difference, however. According to various internet discussions, in BrE both spellings are equal, but "adaptor" is less often. in AmE, both spellings are also equal, but "adaptor" is less natural when talking about human beings. --=20 ldv --3MwIy2ne0vdjdPXF Content-Type: application/pgp-signature Content-Disposition: inline -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.10 (GNU/Linux) iEYEARECAAYFAksb0M8ACgkQfKvmrJ41Nh6BEwCgow2/nE5VN9FRplhn/O+jmGU1 kOsAnRyFkfSJXzINp4aBngfBdk+4qmGc =JbjE -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- --3MwIy2ne0vdjdPXF--
