Мне вот интересно: этот робот прошёл тесты на вступление в тим, на право
заливки/исправление пакетов? кто у него был ментором?
Или ничего такого и было принято "волевое административное решение"?
Согласно какому полиси робот фактически получил права мейнтейнера?
