Оказывается, на самом деле в спеке. Но также оказывается, что этот
BuildArch там и ранее был. Соответственно, для x86_64 пакет keepalived
раньше не собирался.

Наверное, его туда поместил dek. Меня сейчас больше интересует
обновлённая версия программы при прочих неизменных параметрах, чем
проталкивание пакета в архитектуру x86_64, которую я проверить всё равно
не смогу. Использовать ExclusiveArch?
