Если следовать логике дебиановского ТеХ-полиси, то каждый дистрибутив
ТеХа должен держать свои файлы в особом texmf-дереве (TEXMFDIST), скажем,
/usr/share/texmf-texlive. Для texlive это верно, а вот наш tetex
держит файлы по старинке в /usr/shre/texmf.
Дерево же /usr/share/texmf предназначено, по новой схеме, как раз
для файлов сторонних пакетов, т.к. файлы из этого дерева "затеняют"
дистрибутивные TEXMFDIST, что позволяет не трогая дистрибутив ТеХа,
предоставить, например, отдельный стиль более новой версии.
