Разница в том что задание формируется псевдопользователем, который
забирает src.rpm пакеты. Это связано с тем, что в юниксе права доступа
они в принципе плохо расшариваются, не очень гранулярно. Фактически
per-user, а группа это так, бутафория.

Там всё просто как веник.
