Макросы %update_vimhelp/%clean_vimhelp об'являются устаревшими.
Также устаревшей об'является ручная зависимость на vim-common в
плагинах, теперь этим занимается files.req.
Мне пересобрать (тупо) все vim-plugin-* или мантейнеры сделают
это сами заодно с обновлениями версий?

Ну мои все обновлены, я регулярно смотрю, так что лучше пересобери.
