Не факт. Чем отличаются процессы, запускаемые crond, от процессов,
запускаемых, скажем, sshd? Тем, что процессы, запускаемые crond, всегда
неинтерактивные. А неинтерактивным процессам логично назначить
неинтерактивный приоритет.
