в сборке java6 для сизифа вылезли грабли (в apt, вообще говоря)
В Сизиф пошла новая сборка с явными Obsoletes,
но все-таки определенная проблема есть.
Лучше не ставить BuildRequires: java-devel
(будет последняя версия, что часто не есть хорошо)
а ставить BuildRequires: java-devel-default
Сейчас у нас java-devel-default это java5.

Очепятка, но апстрима :)
Есть во всех ведущих дистрибутивах, от Федоры до SuSE :)
Хорошо, что директория реально не используется.
