Пока нет. Перевод ведётся через http://pootle.l10n.lrn.ru:8080/ (который
периодически слетает, а новый портал по локализации только разрабатывается).

Я являюсь мейнтейнером этих пакетов.
Я беру с http://pootle.l10n.lrn.ru:8080/ и где-то раз в месяц формирую пакеты.
При этом изменения в спеках уже не попадают в новые версии. Только
локализация из Pootle.
