Куда бежать-то? Где ещё есть ядро от vsu, basesystem от ldv и
rpm-build-* от at? Это первый ответ на вопрос "почему именно
ALT?". Есть ещё десяток вторых, третьих и так далее ответов.

Какой именно тон? Мне непонятна мотивация. Почему тот, кого это
изменение касается самым непосредственным образом, т.е. мантейнер
libsysfs, узнаёт об этом изменении от пользователя, повесившего
баг на другую программу и не поленившемуся поискать похожие
проблемы в других дистрибутивах. Надо как-то думать от
последствиях когда что-то включаешь или выключаешь. Или хотя бы
как-то анонсировать такие вещи.
