Если в новой сборке разделяемой библиотеки удалены символы, которые
используются в приложениях, то такое изменение ABI должно сопровождаться
сменой soname этой разделяемой библиотеки.
В данном случае у libgstreamer-0.10.so.0.16.0 придётся поменять soname,
с нынешнего libgstreamer-0.10.so.0 на какой-нибудь другой.
Только после этого можно говорить о пересборке зависимых от libgstreamer
пакетов.
