[devel] repocop-lintian: backup-file-in-package

Господа, 
занялся портированием lintian под repocop.

Соответственно вопросы по применимости debian полиси.

lintian Tag: backup-file-in-package
Type: warning
Info: There is a file in the package whose name matches the format emacs
 or vim uses for backup and autosave files.  It may have been installed by
 accident.

Делать его у нас как warning?

У нас вообще-то есть /usr/lib/rpm/brp-cleanup

То CIA, а это FBI. Спецслужбы проверяют друг друга :)
Тестов много не бывает. 
Как видим, некоторые файлы выжили после brp-cleanup.
