Написал non-free.

Но ещё раз перечитал The Free Software Definition 
http://www.gnu.org/philosophy/free-sw.html
и подумал, что явного противоречия здесь нет.

Если бы речь шла о "non-commercial use", то здесь всё понятно --
это противоречит свободе №0 (запускать программу с любой целью).
Но речь идет об извлечении прибыли от перепродажи программы, если
эта прибыль значительно превышает номинальные издержки.

А свобода №2 сформулирована как социально-ориентированная: "the
freedom to redistribute copies so you can help your neighbor".

Выходит, что запрет на непропорциональную наживу не слишком-то
противоречит какому-либо пункту определения free software.
