То бишь, это случаи когда более старая версия пакета собиралась на обеих
архитектурах, а новая версия перестала на x86_64 собираться. Может стоит
в таких случаях не пропускать такие сборки в сизиф до исправления?

Для облегчения поиска проблем можно заглядывать и в другие репозитарии. К
примеру, в той же Fedora development есть сборка dar-2.3.4 под x86_64...
