Предлагаю следующее правило: библиотеки для специфических языков должны
иметь преифкс язык-.
Front-end пользовательские приложения, написанные на специфических
языках, не должны иметь префикс язык-.
Префикс "язык-" желательно понимать более буквально. То есть префикс
"python-module-" -- это, по-моему, перебор. Я уже однажды писал, что
в названии пакета в принципе нельзя достаточно полно описать его
различные предназначения с точки зрения общей семантики. Поэтому долой
/-module/, даёшь более простой/грубый префикс.
