Да никаких проблем нет и через письма если регистрационная система по уму
сделана, а регистрант понимает, что он делает. У нас и так всё замечательно
работало. А уж с переходом на EPP вовсе проблем быть не должно...

Лучше просто забыть про ns2.altlinux.org и убрать его из неймсерверов.
