BTW, хорошее место узнать о здоровье своего домена:

Застрявший доисторический адрес есть не что иное, как glue record.
Почему изменения домена altlinux.org не изменили ее IP в базе регистра -
трудно сказать. Тут надо знать, как вы это делали...
