lazarus is Delphi-like IDE; fpc bundle has its own IDE which closely
mimics Turbo Pascal IDE. I guess the latter is what schools really
want. But it's buggy, and it cannot display cyrillic letters out of
the box, because it uses hardcoded CP437 encoding to emulate MS DOS
pseudo-graphics.
You see I screwed my ~/.i18n file and cannot type cyrillic letters
for now.
