Нашёл, каталог создаётся, но тут же уничтожается в %post скрипте. По идее
после этого он должен быть создан снова (правильно, в пакет его паковать
тогда не нужно...), но тут происходит страшное, создающая его утилита
падает в segfault. В общем, извините за беспокойство.
