Плохо что не понятно как сравнивать версии без эпохи и с нулевой эпохой.
Что больше 1.0 или 0:1.0? Некоторые алгоритмы в некоторых версиях rpm
считают, что отсутствие searial c одной (или другой) из сторон
эквивалентно нулевому сериалу; тогда как другие алгоритмы в других
версиях или с другой стороны считают, что отсутствие сериала
эквивалентно любому сериалу (т.е. при сравнении сериалы отбрасывается).
Всё это уже давно есть, просто случай с нулевым сериалом особенно
амбигусный.
