Я тоже вчера заметил на машинке, которая последний раз
синхронизировалась по пакетам с сизифом около двух недель назад,
непонятно откуда cp1251 и вроде бы у root тоже.
Удивился, пошарился по-быстрому по ~*/.i18n и
/etc/sysconfig/i18n, криминала будто не заметил.
Сегодня посмотрю внимательней -- предполагал свои плюхи.
Инсталер 4.0 здесь _ни_ при чём, корень начался от более ранних
времён.
