У ext3/ext2 есть одно неоспоримое преимущество - код данной fs был сильно
перепахан OpenVZ Team на предмет исправления всевозможных багов. А что
происходит с другими fs думаю и так понятно - баги там исправляются крайне
редко и что, самое неприятное, вовсе не разработчиками этих самых fs.
