"URLOPT_PASSWDFUNCTION and CURLOPT_PASSWDDATA are no longer supported"
ещё в libcurl-7.10.8

говорит что "Since libcurl version 7.16.0, this option has been removed.
Since there are no documented guidelines telling what to do with
applications that still use this option, I have decided to simply remove
it from the code."

Вывод: реальная жертва обновления libcurl только одна - это vorbis-tools,
для него у netbsd есть патч.
Все остальные пострадавшие пакеты по факту устаревшие.
