Так они и получаются 64-разрядными, только при сборке они оказываются
в /usr/lib, а не в /usr/lib64, если они должны лежать в /usr/lib64, то
для 64-разрядной архитектуры нужно или
- их в спеке "вручную" переносить в /usr/lib64
- или в %files указывать не %_libdir, а /usr/lib
PS %_libexecdir то-же указывает на /usr/lib64
user>rpm --eval %_libexecdir
/usr/lib64
user>rpm --eval %_libdir
/usr/lib64
