Мне, morozov@ и ещё некоторым деятелям тоже бывали нужны.
Причём если честно, я бы предпочёл по возможности иметь в 3.1
отдельный RPMS.static с ними.
Имеет ли смысл чего-то пробовать в этом направлении при том,
что ряду пакетов в classic тоже нужны devel-static для сборки?
(объективно, а не из-за грязных configure)
