Сейчас действует простое правило: когда счётчик несобираемости достигает
числа 12, пакет перевешивается на @nobody, а когда этот счётчик достигает
числа 16, пакет удаляется. Я до сих пор не понимаю, почему для некоторых
пакетов второе правило действует с такой большой задержкой. :)
Так что, Алексей, уже достаточно давно выложить пакет aspell может кто угодно.
