Ок, тогда перед повторной "заливкой" проверьте, плиз, хоть на чём-то
собираемость с новой libspeex. Если всё же API поменялось, то может
рассмотрим эту багу и (если она в ветке 1.1 не исправлена) попробуем
сбэкпортить фикс с 1.2?
