Вообще-то по крайней мере myisam нормально работает в ситуации "два движка
лезут к одной базе". Насчет innodb не знаю, если это поддерживается --
sqlite отдыхает.
Вообще сравнивать sqlite с libmysqld это, мягко скажем, странно. Вторая
удобна, например, для использования одного и того же кода в standalone и
клиент-сервероной версии. Надеюсь не стоит говорить что mysql все-таки
куда лучше масштабируется?
