Кто-нить может помочь разобраться? Получается, зря я на hasher
косился; с другой стороны, в спеках менялись циферки и
дописывались changelog'и.
$ rpm -q --provides apache-devel
apache-devel = 1.3.37rusPL30.22-alt1
$ rpmvercmp 1.3.37 1.3.37rusPL30.22-alt1

Это, скорее всего, опять эти #$%@#$ транзакции - нужно было заливать
пакеты одновременно. Теперь придётся ждать, пока выложится Сизиф с
новым apache, а потом перезаливать mod_ssl.

Просто локально у меня оно тоже не собиралось, пришлось
станцевать hsh-install hasher hasher/repo/...devel...rpm
(отдельно вчера Диму дёргал).
