Да, заметил: в src.rpm соответствующий патч (CP1251) есть, а в сборке
отсутствует. Наверное потому, что патч добавляет упоминание о map-CP866 в
Makefile.in, а в Makefile.ac не добавляет; при этом %build начинается с
autoreconf.
