Ох, тут всё плохо, как оказалось. gcc-2.95.3, который
используется для m68k таргета, не умеет CFLAGS_FOR_TARGET.
Единственный вариант это убрать из optflags вообще всю информацию
об архитектуре...
Или перейти на что-то более новое.
